Our Plant & Equipment
Mayapuri Industrial Area, Phase 1, New Delhi
The only slitting unit in Delhi processing coils up to 1650mm width. Our Blue Sky machine handles 0.2–3.00mm thickness across GP, CRC, Colour Coated, and SS — delivering consistent edge quality and tight tolerances on every run.
Blue Sky Slitting Machine
Converts steel coils into flat sheets of your exact required length. Processing 0.40–2mm thickness at widths up to 1650mm across CRC and GP — clean, accurate, and ready to use straight off the line.
CTL Machine
Forms steel into precise GC profiles for structural and architectural applications. Handles 0.50–8.00mm thickness across a 900–1220mm width range — consistent profile shapes with high dimensional accuracy, every batch.
GC Profile Machine
Two heavy-duty overhead cranes at 30MT capacity each — built to handle large, heavy coils safely and without delay. We comfortably manage high-volume orders that many smaller job work units simply cannot.
